Each IMOU Protect plan is per camera. You can choose which cameras to protect — you don't have to protect all of them. Simply select the cameras that need cloud storage and AI detection.

Your camera still works fully with live view, two-way audio, local SD card recording, and basic motion detection. IMOU Protect adds cloud backup, AI smart detection, and extended playback — but the camera is fully functional without it.

Your Protect plan is tied to a specific camera. If the camera is replaced, you can transfer the remaining plan to the new device through the IMOU Life app. Contact IMOU Bangladesh support for assistance.

You can cancel anytime from the IMOU Life app under Account → Services → Manage Subscriptions. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.
